Shepherd Healthcare Solutions' Cognitive Test uses quantitative EEG (eEEG) and Event Related Potential (ERP) tests to record and analyze the brain's electrical activity, both at rest and when responding to external stimuli.

Our test provides:

  • Audiometry: tests for hearing loss through the patient's ability to hear specific sounds.

​

  • EEG (or electroencephalogram): a recording of ongoing spontaneous activity in the brain.

​

  • ERP (or Auditory Evoked Potential): part of the EEG which is generated by sensory and cognitive processing of a sequence of external stimuli.
